CTO (Technical Co-Founder)

• Architect the backend using Node.js (NestJS) or Django REST, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
• Integrate key systems including Google Maps/Mapbox, Firebase, and Twilio.
• Build core features: contractor onboarding, job scheduling, routing, availability management, notifications, payments, and analytics.
• Create the technical roadmap, set engineering standards, and oversee early technical hires.
• Ensure platform reliability, security, and scalability across multiple regions.

Do you have experience in Azure?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.

• 3-5+ years as a senior full-stack developer or tech lead.
• Strong experience with: React Native/Flutter, Next.js, Node.js or Django, PostgreSQL, AWS/GCP, and third-party APIs.
• Hands-on experience building marketplaces, SaaS platforms, or on-demand mobile apps.
• Solid understanding of system architecture, automation, and scalable product design.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working independently and at early-stage speed., * This is an equity-only role initially, with salary introduced after investment. Are you financially comfortable taking on a part-time co-founder position for the next 12 months?
• Do you have at least 3 years of professional experience as a full-stack developer or software engineer?
