Job description

As Client Solutions Manager, you'll design and implement operational solutions that meet client needs and strengthen our network. You'll manage projects end-to-end, collaborate with key stakeholders, and bring fresh ideas to life to help us deliver on our commercial vision.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver strategic client solutions aligned with our commercial goals.
  • Design and implement operational plans that maximise revenue and efficiency.
  • Lead end-to-end project management for new client solutions.
  • Research and introduce innovative techniques to improve performance.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Visio?, * Degree-level qualification (preferably in Logistics or Transport) and 5+ years' experience in client solutions.

  • Strong background in logistics operations and project planning.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in data modelling and costing.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills; knowledge of Visio, Project, and routing packages is a plus.
  • Ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels.
