Job description

  • Manage the full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely and effective delivery.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risk assessments, and budgets.
  • Act as primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
  • Track progress against KPIs and SLAs, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage project risks and issues, escalating where necessary with clear mitigation plans.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal frameworks such as ISO27001 and ITIL-based service management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing IT projects in an MSP, VAR, or similar technology services environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, networking, and cybersecurity.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills-both internal and external.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a high-pressure environment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Monday.com.
  • Working knowledge of ITIL frameworks and service management practices.
  • Formal Project Management qualifications (e.g., Prince2, PMP, Agile/Scrum) preferred.
