About the company

ScottishPower Energy Networks (SPEN) is looking for an IT Delivery Manager to join our Centre of Excellence and play a key role in delivering technology transformation across our business. This position sits within one of our Value Streams, which cover areas such as Customer Management, Regulatory & Key Systems, Work & Asset Management, Data & Analytics, GIS & Mobility, SMART & Network Visibility, and Transmission. What you'll be doing In this role, you'll provide IT leadership and drive continuous improvement within an Agile delivery environment. You'll lead teams, remove blockers, and ensure projects align with business goals, focusing on flexibility, collaboration, and on-time delivery. From planning and coordinating projects to facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing budgets, timelines, and resources, you'll be at the heart of delivering critical IT initiatives that support our regulatory and operational commitments. This is an opportunity to lead technology transformation projects that contribute to a £20-30 million annual capex programme, working with multi-disciplinary teams and engaging stakeholders across SPEN and the wider Iberdrola Group.
