Role: Lead Copilot Studio & Power Platform Engineer Location: London, UK Experience: 8+ years

Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead Copilot Studio & Power Platform Engineer to design, develop, and scale intelligent agent-based solutions leveraging Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure AI. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience building production-ready agents, integrating enterprise systems, implementing advanced AI patterns, and driving end-to-end solution life cycle from architecture to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design & development of Microsoft Copilot Studio agents and Power Platform solutions (Canvas apps, Model-driven apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Build custom connectors, actions, and complex REST API integrations.
• Implement RAG pipelines, configure Semantic Index, and build enriched contextual responses.
• Develop and manage AI Builder models including data preparation, labelling, training, evaluation, and retraining workflows.
• Apply Power Platform ALM/DevOps practices (pipelines, packaging, versioning, environment strategy).
• Design conversational flows, prompts, UX, and interactive elements (adaptive cards).
• Optimize agent performance, user experience, and adoption metrics.
• Ensure security, compliance, and Responsible AI governance across all solutions; deliver architecture documentation and runbooks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide engineers, and take POCs to production.

Must-Have Skills

• Proven hands-on experience building production Copilot Studio agents.
• Strong Power Platform expertise: Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Custom Connectors.
• Strong integration skills using REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps.
• Experience with AI Builder, LLM concepts, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and agentic AI patterns.
• Familiarity with Azure OpenAI/Azure AI, cloud native design patterns.
• Power Platform ALM/DevOps experience.
• Experience using MCP Servers with agents.
• Strong understanding of multi-agent workflows, reasoning engines, decision engines, autonomous agents.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with business users.
