Digital Transformation BA/PM (h/f)

The Hybrid BA/PMs will:

• Lead and manage digital transformation projects from inception through to delivery.
• Elicit, document, and manage business and functional requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between business and technology.
• Oversee timelines, risks, budgets, and project governance processes.
• Contribute to the design and deployment of automation, chatbot, and Power Platform solutions.
• Ensure solutions meet compliance, security, and operational standards within a banking environment.

We are seeking experienced Hybrid Business Analyst/Project Managers (BA/PMs) with a strong background in delivering digital transformation projects in the banking or financial services sector. As part of a strategic initiatives, this role involves bridging business needs with technology solutions and managing the end-to-end delivery of key digital projects., * Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Hybrid BA/PM in banking or financial services.

• Track record of delivering digital transformation or technology-enabled change programs.
• Strong understanding of business analysis techniques and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform
• Experience implementing chatbots, workflow automation, or AI-driven customer interaction tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with industry-specific compliance and regulatory standards.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies in automation and AI.
