Job description
- Dual role: Project Manager + Team Lead
- Agile/Scrum for delivery, Prince2-style governance
- Manage scope, budget, planning, risks & stakeholder communication
- Oversee team follow-up, objectives, training & evaluations
- Portfolio of €4M/project (1 priority project + 1 secondary + maintenance projects)
- Ability to understand technical contexts (non hands-on)
Requirements
- Experienced PM with team leadership (10-15 people)
- Strong in Agile + classic PM frameworks
- Comfortable in fast-changing, multi-stakeholder environments
- Fluent in French & Dutch (mandatory)
