Tasks
- Conduct global needs analysis focusing on logistics and supply chain.
- Develop solution concepts for system adjustments and optimizations.
- Lead projects and coordinate with stakeholders for successful implementation., Conducting needs analyses for all business units (global) with a focus on logistics and supply chain areas as well as process-relevant master data and interfaces. The analyses are based on new business requirements or ICT-specific needs.
Supporting departments by developing solution concepts and specifications for adjustments, optimizations, and extensions in various core systems of the company.
Project management in the implementation of requirements including coordination of all relevant stakeholders (business, ICT, and external service providers).
Accompanying and conducting tests as well as creating the corresponding documentation for solutions, adjustments, and extensions - in close collaboration with the departments.
Planning, conducting, and coordinating training sessions.
Requirements
- IT education or experience in a similar role is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales or SAP S4/Hana.
- Strong analytical and service-oriented mindset., Completed training or studies in the IT field and/or initial professional experience in a comparable function.
Experience working with IT projects is an advantage.
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales or SAP S4/Hana is an advantage - as well as experience with other ERP and CRM systems.
Strong service orientation and willingness to cooperate - also in exchange with non-specialist areas.
Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
