Data Analytics Working Student

As a Working Student in Data Analytics, you will play a key role in transforming data into meaningful insights that support decision-making across the company. You will work closely with various departments, helping them understand performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. This role is ideal for students who are eager to apply analytical thinking in a real business environment and further develop their skills in BI tools, reporting, and forecasting.

Your mission

• Support different departments in interpreting data from our BI tool on a day-to-day basis
• Prepare and deliver monthly performance reports using data from our BI tool
• Build ad-hoc dashboards and visualizations based on stakeholder requests
• Conduct simple on-demand forecasts using Google Sheets
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and dashboards
• Collaborate with teams to understand data needs and proactively offer insights

Do you have experience in Tableau?, * Currently enrolled in an educational program (business, economics, data analytics, or a related field preferred)

• You live in Germany
• Strong attention to detail and a structured, analytical mindset
• Solid understanding of business metrics, especially related to e-commerce and retail
• Basic experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is a plus
• Good proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel (formulas, charts, basic modeling)
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Fluency in English
• Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a proactive attitude
