SAP Data Solution Manager

• Experienced SAP Data Solution Manager to lead and oversee data strategy, governance, and solution design within a large-scale transformation project in the consumer goods industry.
• Act as the primary point of accountability for all SAP data-related streams, ensuring alignment between business needs, global templates, best practices, and technical delivery.
• The role requires a senior professional with strong expertise in SAP data migration, master data management, and cross-functional collaboration., * Lead the end-to-end SAP data workstream, including strategy definition, roadmap execution, governance, and quality assurance.
• Coordinate data preparation, cleansing, harmonization, and migration activities across SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, FI, CO, PP).
• Define and validate data models, standards, and templates for the consumer goods business environment.
• Manage interactions with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical delivery partners to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Oversee data migration cycles, cutover planning, and go-live readiness.
• Ensure compliance with data quality KPIs and lead issue resolution during testing and hypercare phases.
• Provide expert guidance on data architecture, tools, and best practices (SAP MDG, SAP BTP, ETL tools, etc.).
• Produce documentation, solution designs, and decision records.
• Support project governance activities, status reporting, and risk mitigation.

• 10+ years of experience in SAP data management, data migration, or data governance.
• Proven background leading SAP data streams in complex, multinational projects - ideally within the consumer goods / retail / FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of SAP master data objects and interdependencies across functional modules.
• Hands-on experience with SAP MDG, BTP, data migration tools (LSMW, BODS, Syniti, etc.), and data quality frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and drive alignment across global teams.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions.
• Fluent Spanish and English required.
