Are you a seasoned Salesforce Tech Lead with strong expertise in Field Service Cloud and a passion for designing scalable, enterprise-grade solutions? Our client is undergoing a large-scale Salesforce transformation for a major manufacturing organisation and is seeking a hands-on technical leader to drive architecture, guide development teams, and ensure high-quality delivery across multiple business units. Key Responsibilities Lead the technical design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Field Service Cloud Oversee and guide development teams (internal + external) to ensure best practices and scalable implementation Translate business and functional requirements into robust technical designs Collaborate closely with Functional Consultants, Admins, and Architects to align on multi-cloud roadmaps Perform code

reviews, ensure technical quality, and enforce governance standards Support integration design, data modelling, and end-to-end system interactions Provide leadership during configuration, development, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live phases Participate in stakeholder workshops and occasional on-site working sessions What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Tech Lead Strong hands-on expertise with Field Service Cloud Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions Experience in manufacturing environments or complex operational processes is a strong plus Deep understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, integrations, and platform governance Ability to lead and mentor technical teams Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Fluency in Spanish and English Based in Madrid , open to being on-site 1-2 times per week What's on Offer 6-month contract with a clear pathway to permanent employment Hybrid working
