Technical Team Lead - Full-Stack (React / Node.js) - Madrid (Hybrid) We are looking for an experienced Technical Team Lead who can guide a team of 5-7 engineers while remaining hands-on in development. You'll work on a modern cloud platform that helps global companies meet sustainability, reporting, and compliance standards - including key regulations like: German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) This platform is designed for large-scale, enterprise use - built to run serverless, with no concerns around infrastructure, scaling, or failover. The role is based in Madrid, with a hybrid schedule (3 days on-site).
