The Global Process Delivery (GPD) Analyst I plays a critical role in powering the teammate experience. This is not just an operational role, every accurate data entry, every resolved case, and every compliance check ensures that teammates across EMEA can focus on doing their best work. You'll be part of a team that keeps the engine running, enabling payroll to process correctly, benefits to activate on time, and job changes to function smoothly.
As part of People Solutions, the EMEA GPD team manages employee lifecycle events and ensures data accuracy for critical systems such as payroll, mobility, immigration, and benefits. Key activities include onboarding, contracts, leaves of absence, employee changes, benefit enrollments, and organizational updates. The near-term focus for this role will be France HR processes, particularly Leave Management.
Other responsibilities include:
- Execute Core HR Processes: Manage tasks and cases in Workday and ServiceNow, including personal data changes, onboarding, terminations, leaves, benefits transactions, compensation updates, and work authorization checks.
- Ensure Data Accuracy: Maintain complete and compliant employee data for downstream systems like Payroll, Mobility, Compensation, and Benefits. Follow documented work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Support Leave Programs: Respond promptly and professionally to ServiceNow requests related to leave programs. Perform complex leave-related data changes in HR systems (Workday, Time Track, etc.).
- Audit & Compliance: Own data audits, identify errors, and resolve issues quickly to maintain integrity and compliance.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Spot opportunities for process and system enhancements to improve efficiency and automation.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with HR groups such as Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, and Advisory to deliver seamless HR services.
- Grow Your Expertise: Expand GPD knowledge across countries and participate in projects like Year-End, Org Transformations, Open Enrollment, and Compliance initiatives.
Requirements
- HR Systems Expertise: Proficient in Workday and ServiceNow (SNOW); adept at learning new platforms and following detailed work instructions for complex employee lifecycle processes.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Strong Excel skills, including formulas (VLOOKUP, IF statements) and pivot tables for data validation and reporting.
- Process Optimization: Skilled in identifying inefficiencies and proposing system and process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Adaptability & Collaboration: Flexible in managing shifting priorities; fosters teamwork, recognition, feedback, and transparency in dynamic environments.
- Language & Compliance: Fluent in French with working knowledge of French HR legislation; ensures compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
