Junior Unity Developer

You will be a member of a multidisciplinary team, expected to work closely with others and show consideration for the people around you. But we think the most important thing is that you can say that you have a super fun job in which you can fully express yourself (technically) and that you can proudly tell us what you are working on!, You are a Software Engineer primarily working with Unity, capable of delivering high-quality code at high speed for the development of our management-type games. Your responsibility lies in maintaining the architecture and code of the game, but you certainly influence the direction of the game by contributing good ideas.

What will you be doing at Miniclip?

As a Unity developer you work together in a scrum team on the development of our Unity based management-type games. Such as Football Head Coach and Ultimate Football Manager. Your team includes experienced developers, a scrum master and a product manager, who work with a shared passion to provide the best possible experience for our players.

You translate product ideas into a highly maintainable codebase;

You are responsible for maintaining existing architecture and code of the game;

You work on releases and maintain CI/CD;

You create automated tests and help test new functionality when necessary

Do you have experience in Unity?, Do you have a Master's degree?, Bachelor /Master level thinking and working ability.

1-2+ years of experience with mobile game development in Unity (or similar game engines), which may include academic projects, game jams, personal portfolio work, or professional experience;

Experience with programming in C# and using design patterns;

Good communication skills;

Passion for game development;

Experience in client-server communications

Advantage: native mobile development experience;

Advantage: experience with scrum and agile processes;

Advantage: experience with backend development;

Advantage: affinity with sports (Football/Soccer or American Football)
