Job description
As a Supply Network Specialist at Rituals, you will oversee and optimize the end-to-end supply network, including the full purchase-to-pay process, ensuring a seamless product flow from suppliers to central warehouses. Your focus will be on maximizing product availability, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and optimizing our network design., * Purchase-to-Pay Management: Oversee the entire purchasing process from procurement to supplier payment, ensuring alignment with inventory and supply planning targets.
- Network Optimization: Streamline end-to-end supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and optimize our multi-DC network route-to-market design.
- Product Availability: Maximize stock availability at central distribution centers within capacity limits.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, 3PLs, and internal teams.
- Inbound and Order Management: Oversee inbound logistics and order accuracy for seamless operations., 3. A first interview follows in our Central Head Office in Amsterdam.

Requirements
We seek candidates who are analytical, entrepreneurial, and collaborative, passionate about a fast-paced environment, and aligned with Rituals' mission to bring calm and meaning to everyday moments., * Proven experience in supply chain, preferably purchase-to-pay processes
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset driving innovation and continuous improvement
- Master's degree Supply Chain, or similar field

- Strong systems affinity, including experience with planning software
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
