Job description

We're currently seeking a Data and Exams Manager to join a thriving secondary school in Newcastle. This is a full-time, temporary position starting immediately, working through our agency., As the Data and Exams Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all aspects of student data management and the exams process within the school.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the organisation and administration of internal and external examinations
  • Managing exam timetables, entries, and results
  • Maintaining accurate student data using the school's MIS system (experience with SIMS, Bromcom, or similar is highly desirable)
  • Producing reports and supporting data analysis for senior leaders
  • Liaising with exam boards, staff, students, and parents to ensure compliance and clarity throughout the exams process

Requirements

Do you have experience in Organizational skills?, Are you an organised and detail-focused individual with experience managing school data and examinations?, * Previous experience in an Exams Officer, Data Manager, or similar role within a school setting

  • Strong knowledge of school data systems and exam regulations
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Accuracy, reliability, and the ability to work under pressure during busy exam periods
  • A proactive and professional approach
