- Supporting Microsoft 365 services, including email, collaboration apps, and file platforms
- Carrying out regular housekeeping across servers, backups, identity services, and cloud-connected systems

Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, * Solid background in 2nd line IT support
- Strong understanding of M365 administration and support
- Confident working with Windows 10/11 and standard enterprise applications
- Good grasp of Active Directory fundamentals (including Azure AD/EntraID)
- General understanding of DHCP, DNS, wireless setups, and IP troubleshooting
- Experience supporting IT infrastructure such as switches, access points, firewalls, servers, and remote access tools
