SAP Unify Rollout Lead (Fixed-Term-Contract)

We are looking for an experienced and strategic professional to lead one of the most significant transformation programs in Grid Technologies. As the SAP Unify Rollout Lead, you will oversee the implementation of SAP S/4HANA across our global business, harmonizing processes and enabling operational excellence. In this pivotal role, you will manage the end-to-end rollout of SAP Unify, ensuring seamless implementation, business continuity, and alignment with global program objectives.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Lead program delivery: Manage the full lifecycle of the Unify rollout for Grid Technologies, ensuring adherence to global templates, timelines, and budgets.
• Drive strategy and governance: Define rollout strategy, governance structure, and communication plans. Oversee resource allocation and financial management.
• Engage stakeholders: Serve as the primary representative for the Unify program within Grid Technologies. Build strong relationships with global and regional stakeholders.
• Manage risks and issues: Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies. Escalate critical issues promptly to program leadership.
• Coordinate teams: Guide cluster rollout teams and local rollout teams. Align IT Cluster Managers, Wave Business Leads, and central rollout teams.
• Champion change management: Oversee training and change management activities. Promote adoption of new processes and tools across the organization.

• Education: Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven track record in leading large-scale ERP or SAP transformation programs. Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and global template rollouts. Experience in program governance, financial management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with SAP modules relevant to Grid Technologies (Procurement, Logistics, Finance). Understanding of IT testing cycles (ITC), data migration, and integration processes
