AI Engineer

• Build ML and intelligent systems that enhance decision-making and optimize internal workflows
• Design foundational infrastructure and tooling for scalable AI/ML deployment
• Develop search systems using retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and LLMs
• Deploy real-world solutions using large language models and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Collaborate with data and investment teams to identify high-value opportunities
• Drive AI adoption firm-wide, reducing vendor dependencies and enabling self-service
• Evangelize AI internally, building awareness, excitement, and engagement across teams

• 8 years of experience in software engineering with a strong ML focus
• Bachelor's in Computer Science (Master's in AI preferred)
• Proficiency with Python, PyTorch, HuggingFace, and cloud ML deployment
• Hands-on experience with LLM pipelines, RAG, and NLP or CV model development
• Strong product thinking and ability to align tech with commercial goals
• Exceptional communication skills-comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A proactive, builder mindset-comfortable in greenfield environments
