IT Service Desk Analyst (2nd Line)

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing high-quality 2nd line support across a range of customer environments.
• Managing and administering Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams).
• Supporting and configuring Azure AD, Intune / Endpoint Management, and Entra.
• Troubleshooting networking fundamentals, including DHCP and DNS.
• Working with ITSM tools and following ITIL-aligned processes, including change control.
• Collaborating with our friendly team to deliver outstanding customer service with a smile.
• Playing a key role in the early stages of building and shaping our growing MSP.

Do you have experience in IT support?, * Strong experience supporting and administering Microsoft 365.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Intune / Endpoint Management.
• Good understanding of Azure AD / Entra, DHCP, DNS, and core networking concepts.
• Previous experience in an MSP or multi-customer support environment (preferred).
• Familiarity with ITIL principles and ITSM tools.
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification (preferred).
• Great troubleshooting ability and a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal., * IT support: 1 year (preferred)
