Job description

As a Technical Systems Engineer, you will provide 2nd/3rd line IT support across a wide range of technologies while also taking ownership of CRM-related projects. You will be responsible for managing integrations, building workflows, and delivering automation improvements that enhance business operations., * Act as an escalation point for 2nd/3rd line support issues, resolving complex incidents quickly and effectively.

  • Support and administer Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and virtualisation technologies.
  • Lead CRM-related projects, including implementations, upgrades, and system integrations.
  • Build and maintain CRM workflows, automations, and reporting to improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
  • Document systems, processes, and project outcomes thoroughly.

Requirements

This position is ideal for someone with a strong IT background who also has proven experience delivering CRM solutions and systems projects., * Proven background in 2nd/3rd line IT support within a professional environment.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Office 365, Active Directory, Azure).
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs).
  • Hands-on experience with virtualisation platforms (VMware or Hyper-V).
  • Previous experience delivering CRM projects (Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or similar).
  • Skilled in managing CRM integrations, workflow design, and automation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
