Essential: Strong engineering experience in complex enterprise environments Hands-on knowledge of Azure, APIM, MS Dynamics, Snowflake/DataBricks, SQL or similar CI/CD and automation mindset (Terraform (OpenTofu)/Crossplane desirable) Experience of DevOps and product-based ways of working Strong communication and ability to learn quickly - Desirable: Cloud or other technical certifications Experience with regulated sectors or utilities Knowledge of outsourcing/global delivery
