Job description
- Responsible for managing stock performance systems, financial and non - financial stock appraisal tools, dashboards and associated processes to enable delivery of asset management activities
- Oversee the maintenance of accurate and update asset register through different teams.
- Responsible for the delivery of Keystone Improvement Plan and Decent Homes reporting.
Requirements
- Experience in managing and inspire others at all level to deliver demanding objectives
- Knowledge of database admin, management and change control process
- Degree educated or relevant experience at senior level of undertaking data analysis and financial appraisals.
