Job description

In this role, you'll provide hands-on 1st/2nd line support across their offices, keeping users connected, productive, and secure. You'll handle device setup, user onboarding, software installs, troubleshooting, patching, and play a key part in maintaining a reliable IT environment.

What you'll be doing:

Delivering responsive IT support across multiple sites Setting up and configuring laptops, mobiles, and user accounts Supporting Microsoft 365, AD, Azure, Exchange and general networking Maintaining systems, software, and security updates Working closely with the wider IT team to deliver excellent service

Requirements

Experience in a 1st/2nd line IT support or service desk role Strong Microsoft 365, AD, Azure, Exchange and networking knowledge Customer-focused with great communication skills Happy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Full UK driving licence
