Job description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Helpdesk Administrator to support our technical team and customers on the Maintenance Helpdesk.. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service and technical support, with the ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the organisation. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our users receive timely and efficient assistance with their Re-active & Planned Maintenance related issues, including allocation of jobs to the field team, ordering, updates to customers and daily reports., * Allocation of works to the direct field team.
- Organizing and planning verified sub-contractors works.
- Communication with customer helpdesks and sites we are attending
- Ordering materials & equipment through our supply chain
- Updates of work orders to Manager & Customers
- Speaking to and supporting the skilled field team with works.
- Implementing new processes and systems
- Ensure that all helpdesk tickets are logged accurately and resolved within established timeframes.
- Maintain documentation of common issues and solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Organizational skills?, Do you have a GCSE?, * Proven experience in a customer service and administion / helpdesk work role. Ideally within the Maintenance, Trade Sector - but not essential. Full Training, Support provided.
- Strong understanding of Computers, and ability to work on systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude towards customers and other team members.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering exceptional service., * GCSE or equivalent (preferred), * Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
