Cyber Junior PM - Hybrid Project Manager (with Azure DevOps Management and Administration) - Reading and remote - 6+ months - £364 - 409

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Hybrid Project Manager to manage small projects within our program portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Azure DevOps (ADO) board management, progress tracking, and documentation governance. This role requires close collaboration with Program Manager, Business Analysts (BAs) and PMO stakeholders to ensure all artefacts, reports, and deliverables are completed as per acceptance criteria, organized, and saved in the designated SharePoint repository in a structured manner for easy access. Maintain compliance with PTDGA process and organizational standards, including version control and audit readiness for all documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Delivery & Tracking

• Manage and monitor progress of small project within the program.

• Work closely with BAs to maintain and update ADO boards, ensuring tasks, sprints, and backlogs are current

Reporting & Communication

• Prepare and assist reports for Program manager.
• Track KPIs, milestones, and dependencies.
• Escalate risks and issues promptly with mitigation plans.

Documentation & Governance

• Ensure all project are properly documented and stored.
• Support compliance with PTDGA process and organizational standards.
• Maintain version control and audit readiness for all documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in hybrid environments.
• Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps for backlog, sprint, and board management.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with governance frameworks and PTDGA and PMO processes.
• Ability to produce clear, concise reports and presentations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Cybersecurity programs or technology transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of ADO, Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master is a plus.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in hybrid environments.
