Job description

We are looking for a proactive, tech-savvy System Support Analyst to provide hands-on support for our software systems and internal processes. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, is confident with technology, and wants to develop skills in IT systems, data management, and business process improvement.

You will help colleagues work efficiently, support system changes, and contribute to improving our business processes.

About the Role:

Software Support & Administration

  • Be the first point of contact for software issues across platforms such as CCH, Microsoft Office, HMRC software, Teams, and other core applications.
  • Provide timely support and assist with user accounts, permissions, and system settings.
  • Escalate complex issues and keep users informed throughout resolution.

Process & Training Support

  • Document business processes, workflows, and best practices.
  • Create and maintain user guides, training materials, and reference documents.
  • Support onboarding and internal training for new systems or processes.

Change & Data Support

  • Assist colleagues during system upgrades or new software implementations.
  • Gather user feedback, maintain reports and dashboards, and help keep project documentation up to date.

Requirements

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and tech confidence; eager to learn new systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
  • Analytical and logical problem-solving approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
