IT Technician

The role involves providing first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, maintaining IT equipment, and assisting with system administration tasks such as Active Directory and Microsoft 365 account management. A basic understanding of networking and Windows Server is essential, and experience with school systems would be an advantage.

You will also help with software installations, asset management, and liaise with suppliers and contractors when needed.
