As a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer and Team Captain, you¿ll guide a talented team while actively contributing to our codebase in the field of Application Securityhttps://www.dynatrace.com/platform/application-security/ - specifically focusing on Security Analyticshttps://www.dynatrace.com/news/blog/security-analytics-elevates-threat-detection-forensics-incident-response/ (threat detection, forensics, and incident response).

Your team will develop automatic detection use cases by leveraging combined security and observability datasets, ingested into Dynatrace Grailhttps://www.dynatrace.com/platform/grail/. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact in cybersecurity while fostering collaboration and innovation.

What will you do?

• Lead and inspire an agile team of Software Engineers.
• Actively contribute to the codebase using Java, TypeScript and React.
• Foster an open, collaborative team environment and ensure effective communication.
• Mentor and coach team members to support their personal and professional growth.
• Drive team performance, motivation, and collaboration.
• Participate in recruitment activities, including conducting interviews.
• Identify and resolve team challenges to ensure smooth operations.

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Profound experience in software engineering, with a strong foundation in Java.
• Leadership experience in a software development environment.
• Interest in working with TypeScript and React.
• A passion for writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Enthusiasm for the cybersecurity domain and a desire to work on cutting-edge projects.

• Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 65,000 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week). We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience
