Job description

We are looking for a Master Data Analyst who will be responsible for managing the Data in our systems for the vehicle and parts business across EMEA.

This role is responsible for data accuracy, integrity, and consistency within SAP ECC and S/4HANA, guaranteeing alignment with warehouse operations and the WMS. (Warehouse Management System).

Key duties include creating, maintaining & cleaning master data, and identifying reporting and analytical requirements. You will manage critical material information such as units of measure, storage conditions, and handling properties. This role involves collaborating with business leaders and data consumers within cross-functional teams (Warehouse, IT & Canadian colleagues), to ensure compliance with data standards, and enabling efficient operations., * Cross-system integration: Ensure material data is correctly configured and synchronized between SAP ECC/S/4HANA and Warehouse Management (WMS)

  • Data quality: Implement data validation rules, use master data management tools, and collaborate with different business departments to resolve data errors and ensure data quality.
  • Assist in daily support for end-users and data loads/updates

Requirements

  • Curious & interested in how systems & data function and a "want to figure it out" attitude.
  • Detail-oriented, accurate and passionate about quality and data connect
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience either SAP or Supply chain operations.
  • Working experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, WMS, and SAP TMS, Material Master, Data migration
  • Strong analytical skills to assess impacts and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Experience with reporting tools (e.g. Power BI)
  • Capable of prioritizing multiple projects while still achieving deadlines
  • Clear communicator and Fluent in English
