Job description
We are looking for an SAP Inventory coordinator who will be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy between SAP S/4 and the WMS managed by the 3PL and this for the vehicle and parts business across EMEA.
Key duties include analyzing and monitoring the inventory status between SAP and WMS, follow up and correcting errors. You play a key role by acting as the single-point-of-contact between the end users and the 3PL for inventory management. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams (Warehouse, IT & Logistics), to ensure compliance and efficient operations., * Daily Review of the ''inventory snapshot'' report, investigate root causes of inventory discrepancies and proceed with corrections
- Act as the Single-point-of-contact with the 3PL and ensure proper transmission of information between SAP and the WMS (EDI)
- Monitor and fix data transmission errors in collaboration with the technical support team
- Conduct various analysis to identify process-related issues for inventory management in collaboration with the 3PL
- Work in collaboration with the SAP Business Partner to investigate technical problems that impact data quality and for continuous improvement initiatives
- Document inventory monitoring processes to ensure continuity and rigor at the operational level and sustainment
- Support end users and operations regarding inventory management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to Business/Information Systems, Data Management, Logistics or Finance. Alternatively, min 5 years' experience in system administration/problem solving
- Preferably you have 3-5 years of hands-on experience either in SAP (SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, WMS, and SAP TMS) or Supply chain operations.
- Strong interest and curiosity for technology-based solutions.
- Strong analytical, information processing and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with analytical tools such as Power BI is an asset
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Team player with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
