Senior IAM Engineer & Solution Designer (80-100%)

We are an agile, collaborative, and forward-thinking team responsible for developing and operating our enterprise-wide IAM platform based on SailPoint IdentityIQ. Together, we deliver secure and user-friendly identity services, automate lifecycle processes, and continuously improve how identities and access are managed. Our work is guided by customer focus, collaboration, ownership and trust.

In this role, you will design and implement IAM solutions, operate and optimize the platform, and work closely with colleagues across IT and business to ensure secure and efficient identity management.

What You Will Do

• design and implement IAM solutions based on SailPoint IdentityIQ, including workflows, connectors, and integrations
• operate and maintain the IAM platform, ensuring stability and continuous improvement
• translate business and security requirements into structured solution designs
• analyze and troubleshoot issues and drive improvements based on industry best practices
• collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with security and architecture standards

• strong foundation in software engineering (Java) combined with conceptual thinking to design scalable, maintainable IAM solutions
• solid hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, including designing and implementing workflows, rules, integrations, and identity lifecycle processes
• a solution-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze complex problems, think critically, and bring clear structure before implementing
• familiarity with IAM best practices and a collaborative mindset with eagerness to learn and share knowledge
• excellent communication skills in English; German is an advantage
