UX/UI Designer (Part-time)

• You are responsible for the conception and design of intuitive user interfaces for our web-based applications
• You create user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• You develop and maintain UI design systems, style guides, and component libraries
• You are responsible for analyzing and improving existing designs with a focus on usability, accessibility, and conversion
• You work closely with Product Management, IT, and various stakeholders
• You ensure high-quality end-to-end user experiences throughout the entire product lifecycle

• Degree in UX/UI Design or similar with 2+ years experience.
• Proficient in Figma for design and prototyping.
• Strong conceptual skills and attention to detail., * Completed training or studies in UX/UI design, interaction design, graphic design, or a comparable field
• 2+ years of practical experience in designing digital products
• Very good knowledge in using Figma to create interactive prototypes and designs
• Understanding of frontend implementation (experience with React is an advantage)
• Routine in creating prototypes and design systems
• Strong conceptual skills, user centricity, and attention to detail
• Independent working style, high initiative, and enjoyment of teamwork
• Very good German and English skills
