Tasks

• Lead and manage the IT team of 2-3 employees effectively.
• Oversee the IT infrastructure and drive IT strategy development.
• Plan and execute projects focused on process optimization and digitalization., * Technical and personnel management of the IT team (2-3 employees)
• Responsibility for the entire IT infrastructure and the further development of our IT strategy
• Planning and implementation of projects related to process optimization, digitization, and data management - in close cooperation with all business areas
• Organization and control of collaboration with our external ICT service provider as well as other partners
• Ensuring IT security, governance, data protection, and compliance
• Support in operational day-to-day business
• Responsibility for the IT budget

• Completed IT education with management training or relevant experience.

• Proven leadership experience in a similar role required.

• Fluent in German, knowledge of French is a plus., * Completed basic training as an IT specialist with further training as an ICT manager or a degree in computer science HF/FH or technical/commercial basic training with many years of experience in business informatics and appropriate further training

• Leadership experience in a similar role

• A team-oriented, implementation-strong, and service-oriented personality

• German as a native language, French skills are an advantage
