Head of Information Technology (100%)

• Lead a modern IT organization across three departments.
• Drive digital transformation for enhanced value creation.
• Oversee continuous development of IT landscape to meet business needs., * Leading a modern IT organization consisting of the following three departments (18 people):

• IT Infrastructure & Security: Operations, support, client management (Intune), Azure and M365 cloud management, information security, telephony, and network
• Business Applications & Data: Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service (CRM), NAV (ERP), and Microsoft Fabric for reporting (OneLake, Power BI)
• Development & Engineering: Development of customized solutions for our customers based on established products (e.g., M-Files, Develop, ChronoScan, Ysoft SafeQ)

• Responsibility for the digital transformation of the entire company, i.e., the use of state-of-the-art technologies to create added value for customers, employees, and the organization as a whole. Starting with process automation (end-to-end), the development of new digital offerings, up to enabling employees
• Responsibility for the continuous development of the IT landscape according to business needs (enterprise architecture)
• Responsibility for the central value creation lever AI & data including identification and implementation of use cases as well as further development of Graphax's central data hub and promotion of a data-driven culture
• Strategic further development of customer-oriented products, platforms, and engineering services
• Building and further developing IT service management, especially establishing professional change, problem, and provider management
• Management of key projects (e.g., ERP renewal/replacement of NAV, data management development)

• Degree in business or IT with 5+ years in a senior IT role.
• Strong leadership with clear communication and execution strength.
• Experience in IT infrastructure, business applications, and data management., * University degree in business administration, computer science, or business informatics
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior IT role (e.g., CIO, CDO, CTO, Head of IT, IT Director)
• Proven success in digital transformation and leading transformation processes, process automation, and building and managing modern IT landscapes
• Solid experience in several of the following areas:

• IT infrastructure & IT security
• Business applications / ERP-/CRM systems
• Data management, BI, analytics, and AI use cases
• Software development & technical platform architecture

• Customer-oriented technical services / engineering services
• Strong leadership skills with clear communication and high implementation strength
• Entrepreneurial and strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality
• High innovation power and enthusiasm for data, AI, and modern technologies
• Strong customer orientation
• Fluent in German, fluent in English (at least C1)
