Teamleader Program Integration (a)

• Personnel and functional leadership of the Program Integration team, including the two functional groups Program Engineering and Program Execution
• Serving as the key interface between Engineering (Design Organization, DO) and Operations (Production Organization, PO) for all program- and configuration-relevant aspects
• Ensuring technical (DO/PO) and organisational program integration across all relevant units
• Ensuring a structured and aligned configuration and change management process between Design and Production
• Further development of the Program Engineering group (technical integration, configuration management, change processes) as well as the Program Execution group (major modification and upgrade projects)
• End-to-end responsibility, coordination and oversight of the implementation of major modification and upgrade projects with respect to schedule, quality and cost, * A committed, international team and unique projects

Do you have experience in SAP?, * Technical education with further qualification at FH level or equivalent

• Several years of professional experience, preferably in the aviation industry
• Experience in Engineering, Production and Project Management is an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP and Teamcenter is desired
• Solid understanding of configuration management is an asset
• Excellent command of written and spoken German; English at C1 level
• Independent, strategic thinker with an analytical approach to problem-solving
