As a Global Lead Commercial Process Transformation, you will drive a strategic, enterprise-wide initiative to harmonise commercial business processes across all regions. This role focuses on standardising critical end-to-end workflows-spanning pricing, order management, and data management-while ensuring every solution aligns with corporate strategy, boosts operational efficiency, and supports ongoing digital-transformation efforts. It's a high-impact position for someone who excels at bringing structure, clarity, and scalability to complex commercial environments.
What you will do
- Lead the global program to harmonise commercial business processes, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and cross-regional operational needs
- Define and standardise end-to-end commercial workflows-including pricing, order management, and data governance-driving consistency, efficiency, and scalability across all regions
- Partner with cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders to shape operating models, align on requirements, and lead structured change-management efforts that secure adoption
- Oversee end-to-end program execution by managing scope, budget, risks, dependencies, and governance, while ensuring transparent reporting to senior leadership and steering committees
- Build and guide high-performing, cross-functional teams; coordinate resources; and collaborate with external partners to ensure successful implementation and sustainable long-term impact.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Agile?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Experience with process standardisation
- Driving stakeholder engagement and leading change-management efforts across diverse functional and international teams
- Applying strong project-management expertise across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies; PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe certifications are considered an advantage
- University degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Medical Devices, Finance, or an MBA.
