- Assessing and granting of global requests, specifically around but not limited to radioactive materials, including the maintenance and creation of a global capability resource hub and a global database for trained DG personnel
- Creating and maintaining global alert communication through our global website that are fit for an external audience in alignment with Marketing
- Proofreading and customizing communications to ensure content can be easily read and understood by a global audience
- Ensuring rapid and efficient execution of all open situations
- Enhancing operational procedures and data management by improving processes and ensuring global consistency in data tables
- Providing global support to office network while ensuring adherence to standard work
- Alignment with enterprise principles including brand, messaging and channel strategy.
- Coordinate yearly upload of the Holiday List and handle interim changes, publish holiday schedules
- Redesigning and maintaining the Global Operations SharePoint site under visual management aspects and 3-click access principles
- Creating templates for effective communication allowing to target different audiences
- Helps building a feedback model to monitor usage and effectiveness of messages, reports back to Manager Operations Coordination with improvements to keep engagement high
Requirements

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent field of study

5 years of operational experience within specialized logistics, preferably health care service environment

Experience around Dangerous Goods handling or education preferred MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

Strong organizational skills with demonstrated track records in quality and operational improvements, ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.

Influence, negotiate and resolve conflicts and problems to reach consensus and common goals by applying a hands-on style of management and collaborating strongly with peers.

Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing using English language including the ability to communicate within cross functional/international teams.

Ability to manage duties in a fast-paced work environment.
