Remote - Mobile Developer

What does this job offer involve? We are looking for a Mobile Developer with at least 5 years of experience in mobile application development to join a dynamic and constantly growing team. The professional will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining hybrid mobile applications using Ionic as the main technology, as well as collaborating in the technical management of a small team of developers. The work environment is international, so a C1 level of English is required to interact with other teams and stakeholders. What will my day-to-day responsibilities be? Academic background: University degree in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a similar field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile application development. Solid experience with Ionic Capacitor in hybrid mobile app development. Knowledge and experience in Kotlin/Android or Swift/iOS (at least one of the two native platforms). Experience in managing or coordinating small technical teams. C1 level of English (spoken and written). Native or bilingual Spanish . Desirable: Knowledge of Java and/or React. What Will Your Responsibilities Be? Develop, maintain, and optimize hybrid mobile applications using Ionic. Coordinate and provide technical support to a small team of developers. Collaborate with designers, QA, and product managers in defining and delivering new features. Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices (versioning, testing, documentation). Participate in code reviews and propose continuous technical improvements. Communicate technical progress and challenges in English with international teams.
