IT Project Manager

Your duties will include the following core tasks and responsibilities: Managing IT projects and transitions

• Drafting and implementing transition and implementation plans.
• Coordinating project staff and suppliers.
• Ensure seamless integration of new technologies without impacting continuity.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Act as a point of contact for directors, management and operational teams.
• Create support among internal and external stakeholders.
• Report on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Risk and Change Management

• Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks.
• Supporting change management processes and impact analyses.
• Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations (e.g. ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR).

Quality and Performance Assurance

• Develop and monitor KPIs, SLAs and compliance requirements.
• Ensure IT governance and documentation.
• Continuously improve IT processes and implement best practices.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager within a critical IT environment.
• Minimum 8 years of experience as an IT Operations Manager.
• Experience with IT transitions.
• Demonstrable knowledge of ITIL, TOGAF, PRINCE2, Agile and/or SAFe.
• Recent and in-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure in combination with networks and/or cybersecurity.
• Experience with risk, change and incident management in a high-risk environment.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management at C-level.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English (oral and written).
• Demonstrable HBO/WO work and thinking level
