The location of this position is Eindhoven., Under the final responsibility of the Project Manager, the Lead Engineer coordinates (sub) activities of projects on a technical level and is able to creatively seek solutions when projects do not go according to plan. The Lead Engineer also provides commercial support to the Project Manager during the sales process and has the skills to communicate with the customer about the scope and outlook of a project. You work on multiple projects simultaneously and you will help recognize and manage dependencies in planned work, and be critical when estimating work by engineers from various disciplines. When starting a project, you get your team onboard and together you will work towards a goal-oriented solution., In this role, you'll take technical ownership of complex engineering challenges, mentor a talented team, and collaborate across engineering disciplines to deliver impactful solutions. Requirements
- A completed HBO or WO education, preferably electrical engineering or electronics
- At least 10 years experience in electronics design
- At least 5 years experience as a Lead Engineer
- Knowledge of electronics design processes (electronics HW design, FPGA, embedded software). ASML way of working is a plus
- Strong communication and social skills, with the ability to create support within the project team
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages
- Eager to learn
- Decisive
- Living in the Eindhoven region or willing to relocate there
- Driving license B
