Job description
We're looking for a Digital Adoption Specialist to join our growing digital transformation team. You'll be helping people across the business get the most out of our technology-from Microsoft 365 and Copilot to legal tech platforms like iManage and Intapp.
This isn't just about running training sessions (though you'll do plenty of those). You'll be digging into adoption data, working with teams to understand what's holding them back, and creating resources that actually make a difference. You'll also be keeping an eye on emerging tech and AI trends that could benefit the firm.
What You'll Be Doing
Driving digital adoption
- Encourage teams to embrace new tools and ways of working
- Use adoption metrics to spot where people need support
- Help break down barriers and support change across different groups
- Stay current with legal tech and AI developments
Training and content creation
- Deliver training in different formats-virtual, in-person, and on-demand
- Create practical resources: quick guides, videos, eLearning modules
- Develop AI skills frameworks and digital capability standards
- Use feedback to keep improving what you create
Working with stakeholders
- Partner with legal and business teams to understand their daily challenges
- Run feedback sessions and focus groups
- Share insights that improve user experience and tool adoption
Requirements
Experience and skills
- Background in digital adoption, IT training, or tech enablement (legal or professional services experience is a real plus)
- Understanding of legal workflows and how digital tools support them
- Confident delivering training and creating engaging online learning content
- Strong communication skills, you can connect with everyone from trainees to partners
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot/GenAI, Workday Learning, iManage, and Intapp Time
- Curious, proactive, and quick to pick up new technologies
