Job description

Lead the development of user-centric digital solutions across the Council, ensuring technical excellence and alignment with our digital strategy

  • Design, test, and implement digital forms, workflows, and integrations using tools such as Power Automate, PowerShell, and Microsoft Copilot Studio

  • Engage stakeholders through user research, collaborating with vendors, and using feedback and analytics to inform development

  • Support project delivery, maintain documentation, and upskill system users

Requirements

Are you passionate about driving digital transformation and creating innovative solutions Join our ICT Services team as a Digital Service Development Officer., Experience in technical development, systems integration, and interfacing IT systems

  • A strong track record of involvement in projects and an understanding of project methodologies

  • Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite and software development

  • Skills in analysing and reporting spatial data

  • A graduate-level qualification, or a technical qualification with relevant experience

  • Experience with tools and languages such as Power BI, PowerShell, HTML, SQL, JavaScript, XML, VB Script, ASP, and C# .NET

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Access, Excel, and report-writer packages
