Responsibilities

  • Own and manage end-to-end onboarding projects for e-commerce clients in the UK.
  • Lead product walkthroughs, platform configuration, and API integrations with ERPs, shipping carriers, and marketplaces.
  • Provide technical product training and onboarding support to merchants.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate with developers when needed.
  • Develop reusable implementation templates, guides, and help center articles.
  • Contribute to customer success by driving adoption and helping clients optimise Base.com usage.

Nice if you have!

  • Comfort working with APIs, platform configuration tools, or basic scripting (e.g., HTML, PHP).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce automation, shipping software, POS systems, or CRM tools.
  • Has managed an e-shop before
  • Startup experience and comfort working in fast-paced environments.
  • Coachable, agile and entrepreneurial

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, SaaS onboarding, solutions consulting.
  • Experience with ERP integration, order processing systems, or retail operations.
  • Understanding of e-commerce workflows, logistics, catalog and inventory management.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
