Job description

IT Support Analyst (Contract)

Location: London Duration: Initial 6 month, either extended or made full time there after Rate: £250 per day Outside IR35

Our clilent has been a trusted investment partner for over 40 years, powered by a collaborative and innovative team culture. They're now seeking an IT Support Analyst (Contractor) to join their London office on a hybrid basis (2-3 days per week onsite).

The Role:

  • Build, configure, and deploy laptops & end-user devices
  • Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 support across hardware, software & networks
  • Support onboarding/offboarding and AV/collaboration tools
  • Manage IT inventory & assist with process improvements
  • Work with Technical Specialists to resolve complex issues

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience supporting Windows & Microsoft 365
  • Strong troubleshooting & customer service skills
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk)
  • Basic networking knowledge
  • 0-2 years' IT support experience (corporate preferred)
