Job description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Administrator to support the smooth running of General and HR administration and systems. Working closely with the CEO, Finance Manager and Board of Trustees, you will support the CEO with HR processes, systems, and ensure records are efficiently maintained, contributing to a positive and compliant working environment., General Administration to include however not limited to:

Maintain HR Systems & Processes: Manage internal HR systems (such as Atlas) and ensure accurate, up-to-date employee data and documentation.

Recruitment Support: Assist with advertising vacancies, coordinating interviews, and preparing offer letters and contracts.

Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new starters, including right-to-work checks, induction scheduling, and system setup.

Training Coordination: Arrange and track employee training, maintaining relevant compliance and attendance records.

Personnel Records: Maintain confidential personnel files, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with GDPR.

Payroll Administration: Support monthly payroll processes, carry out payroll audits, and liaise with senior management teams to resolve queries.

DBS Processes: Manage DBS checks and maintain compliance documentation.

Performance & Exit Processes: Support the performance review process, maintain related records, and ensure smooth offboarding for leavers.

Job Descriptions: Create and update role profiles and job descriptions as required.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Administrative experience?, · Previous experience in administrative role is essential.

· Understanding of GDPR

· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

· The ability to multitasking

· Strong organisation skills and efficient attention to detail

· This will often be a standalone role so you will need to be self-sufficient and self-motivated

· Effective communication, reading, writing and speaking is essential

· Proficiency in office software.
