Job description
- Run structured tests across multiple live AI use cases
- Identify hallucinations, inconsistent outputs and behavioural drift
- Stress test retrieval, grounding and relationships in messy datasets
- Work inside Snowflake and other cloud environments to deliver test cycles
- Document issues clearly, consistently and repeatably
- Retest improvements with zero ambiguity
- Support development of evaluation datasets and reproducible scenarios
- Work with senior engineers to push model performance forward
Requirements
Do you have experience in SQL?, * Degree in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, Physics or similar
- Hands on experience with ML or AI models (projects, internships or startup work)
- Ability to analyse outputs and spot inconsistencies
- Some Python or SQL exposure
- Comfortable working in a high expectation environment with direct feedback
- Strong written clarity and disciplined documentation, * Experience with Snowflake, Databricks or Azure
- Exposure to LLMs, NLP or retrieval based systems
- Experience handling messy or unstructured data, * A graduate or early career engineer who learns fast and wants ownership
- Someone who can handle repetitive but critical testing work
- Someone who wants a path into agents, systems engineering or platform engineering
- Someone who values discipline over hype
