Contract SAP Programme/Project Manager - Outside IR35

Location: UK (Remote/Hybrid depending on client) Engagement: Contract (Outside IR35 opportunities) Start: Ongoing pipeline of projects Industry: SAP S/4HANA & Cloud ERP Transformation

We're building a network of high-calibre Programme and Project Managers to lead the next phase of SAP S/4HANA and Cloud ERP work for our growing client base. Our engagements focus on post-go-live optimisation, cloud extensions, functional roll-outs and targeted improvement programmes - not bloated multi-year SI programmes.

This role is ideal for senior contractors who want to lead lean, high-impact delivery teams and work directly with business and IT stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes.

What You'll Lead

You will take ownership of project delivery across areas such as:

• Post-go-live stabilisation & optimisation (O2C, P2P, Inventory, MRP)
• SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Public or Private) enhancement programmes
• SAP BTP extension projects & workflow automation
• Functional roll-outs (new plants/entities, aATP, EWM, TM, QM)
• Data quality, migration, archiving & clean-core remediation
• Fiori/UX improvements & security role redesign
• Integration streams (3PL, CRM, MES, supplier portals)
• Release management & regression testing (for Cloud ERP)

Each engagement is delivered as a structured work package with clear scope, milestones and deliverables - and you'll be leading that from initiation through to handover.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA or major SAP ERP workstreams
• Strong project governance, RAID management and stakeholder leadership
• Ability to run lean delivery squads effectively - using senior specialists, not large SI-style pyramids
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders
• Experience with Cloud ERP (S/4HANA Public or Private) or RISE/GROW preferred
• A contractor mindset: outcome-driven, hands-on, accountable
