Our client is seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join their friendly and professional team based in Evesham. What You'll Do:
- Provide essential IT support, managing service requests, incidents, and problems via Jira-based ITSM.
- Set up new equipment for incoming employees, including printers, laptops, and configuring necessary systems and software.
- Manage user onboarding, including setting up accounts, configuring access, and issuing passwords to ensure smooth integration into the company systems.
- Deploy new systems/services on secure infrastructure, working with tools like Ansible and Chocolatey.
- Maintain and upgrade systems, performing proactive monitoring to identify potential issues before they arise.
- Work on exciting projects that make a real difference.
- Assist with ISO 27001 compliance, security, and disaster recovery plans.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure the seamless running of IT infrastructure and systems.
Requirements

- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or CCNA would be beneficial.
