Job description
As a Junior IAM Specialist, you will collaborate with experienced professionals to apply IAM processes. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing solutions for managing digital identities and access rights, resolving incidents, and contributing to process documentation., * Monitor and resolve IAM-related incidents promptly and accurately.
- Create and manage user identities meticulously, ensuring all data is entered correctly.
- Manage and monitor access rights and privileges on IT systems and applications according to defined roles and rights.
- Review existing user identities and validate their necessity.
- Deactivate unnecessary user identities.
- Serve as a point of contact for all IAM-related inquiries.
- Assist in implementing, documenting, and improving IAM processes and procedures., * A challenging position with opportunities to work on engaging projects and complex issues within IAM.

Requirements
- Attention to detail and a meticulous nature.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent spoken and written proficiency in English and Dutch.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work efficiently, proactively, and independently in a team environment.
- Interest in information security and willingness to learn new skills.
- A basic understanding of identity and access management concepts.
- Knowledge of IAM processes and tools like SailPoint is a plus.
Benefits & conditions
On-Site Requirements: Full-time on-site presence required during the initial training period. Post-training, remote work is allowed up to 2 days per week, with mandatory office attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
